A beautiful region with a rich, natural, and community-spirited landscape. It has always been our mission to create world-class spirits, while also ethically sourcing our ingredients, as we believe the finest quality ingredients will always be local.

When you drink a St Dukes spirit, you are sipping the very heart of our region. This is why we build strong partnerships with local suppliers, who, like us, are committed to sustainable practices. One of our partnerships that we are most proud of is with Harvey Cheese. We take the whey — a by-product of cheesemaking cheese, and then refine it to create smooth, premium spirits.  

Instead of being disposed of, this waste ingredient is transformed into quality liquor, while also supporting sustainable closed-loop designed systems for the local community.
