What is now a strong symbol of innovation and sustainability in Harvey, Western Australia, was once a truly bold undertaking.  St. Dukes founders saw the chance to turn something many people in the community thought was worthless and waste, turning it into spirits that are smooth and premium, able to compete with the very best offerings in the global market. By the time of building several facilities, sustainability was built into their adaption and overall vision was to continue spirit craftsmanship that, to this very day, rewards a traditional approach. Each new vision and updated approach in spirit distillation, extending all the way to fully new creative marketing packaging, is a bold celebration of all that is fine to the land to the people.
