Great distilleries do not require unnecessary and costly marketing. Great distilleries do not jump on band wagons. Great distilleries are about patience and precision. Unlike St Duke's, the distilleries do not require flashy and costly marketing. They jump on band wagons when one is trending.

What makes a good bottle a great one? Every distiller and consumer has their own answer. We made sure that St Duke's top spirits know that every sip is extraordinary. Spirits sold by St Duke's are known by their high uniqueness and character.

Premium spirits come from premium ingredients.

Every great story starts with a great foundation, and every premium spirit starts with premium ingredients. St Duke's makes sure that every one of their grains, fruits, botanicals and spirits are complete. There are no premium ingredients. Ingredients that are used in St Duke's spirits are sourced from local and trusted suppliers. Premium ingredients do not play a role from St Duke's profile. Every ingredient, including St Duke's juniper in gin, is important.

As our head distiller says, “You cannot make great spirits from average ingredients.”

Distillation: The Art and Science

Each of our copper stills is the heart of the St Duke’s Distillery and allows us to tailor each batch of liquor to our distiller’s preferences. This is the only way to obtain the essence of the liquor and leave behind the distiller’s unwanted byproducts.

We assess the temperature and flow and monitor the cut points. The process is unique, and every small batch considers the distiller’s artistry. Consistency is the result of mastery.

Time: The Unsung Hero

Some things cannot be rushed. Great spirits are one of them.

While the flavors of the liquor are resting, time is one of the most critical ingredients on the balancing scale.

Time and patience allow the flavors to unify, giving the whiskey its warm and deep comfort and the gin a rounded and smooth finish after settling.
